How much does DeskNav for SharePoint cost?

How is the software distributed? Will I receive a CD-ROM or shrink-wrapped product?
We use the Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) model. Consequently, our software is available only via HTTP download. We do not distribute any software on CD, DVD or as a shrink wrapped product.
If you wish to have a backup copy of our software on a CD, please check the "Backup CD" option when you purchase our products.
All commercial licenses include updates the major version you have purchased. (i.e. 1.3, 1.4 for version 1)

What is the process for ordering DeskNav for SharePoint?
Ordering DeskNav for SharePoint is easy. Just place your order on the secure online purchase form.
Once your payment goes through, a confirmation is sent via email with your payment details and the license key that you need to register the software.

Once you have placed your order you should receive within a few minutes an "Online order confirmation" email. This means that your order has been received but does not necessarily mean that the payment has yet been processed.
Always check your Junk email folder if you think an email hasn't arrived.
We don't send anything physical in the post (as already mentioned above).
When the payment and the order are processed you will receive two more emails : one containing a receipt and the other containing your license key.
If there is a delay in receiving these then this may be caused by some delay in processing the payment.

Yes! In order to protect our customers, the order forms are run on a secure server, utilizing encryption technology to safeguard all credit card transactions from unauthorized viewing. Your personal information is kept secure and will not be transferred to other parties.
Which payment methods are accepted, and what are your payment terms?
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Eurocard) via secure online order form/phone/fax
- Paypal
- Mailed cheque
- Direct bank transfer
The fastest method is to use a credit card or Paypal. All the other methods may delay your order until the payment is actually received.
Important:
The license key will only be issued after your payment is received.
Are there any discounts if I purchase multiple software licenses?
We offer volume discounts for all orders consisting of more than 4 licenses.
The discounting is strictly limited to orders for multiple licenses placed in a single transaction.

After an order has been placed, how and when can the license key be accessed?
Once the payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent. Instructions on accessing the license key are provided in this confirmation email.
If you purchase by credit card, the confirmation email is usually sent within one hour, but sometimes it may take up to 48 hours if your order requires manual processing. In any case, if you experience a delay longer than 48 hours, please contact us with your purchase details and we'll investigate.
Are there any additional fees?
Orders for the European Union customers are subject to VAT (value added tax), which is due if a private customer in the EU purchases an electronically-delivered product from a publisher located outside the EU.
Corporate customers who specify a valid VAT ID number in the ordering process do not pay any VAT.
No other taxes are collected by us.
